SCENT WORK CLASS

With a little planning and a few ideas, you can scent train your dog indoors to keep them physically and mentally fit all year round. From 4-lb Chiweenies to 150-lb Great Danes, any dog will love Scent Work.

Puppies can start training as early as 8 weeks. Even older dogs or dogs with physical disabilities can have lots of fun.

Since dogs work one at a time and mostly on leash, Scent Work may be helpful for dogs who are grumpy around other dogs. Handlers are also all kinds of people - unlike agility, Scent Work handlers don't have to run fast or be very coordinated. In Scent Work your dog will cue you as you observe and provide rewards as they trace an odor.
